Our roof was getting older and we wanted to be preventative and schedule a replacement, so we saved up to get it done this Spring. Being newer homeowners, we were hesitant about such a major repair to our home. From the very first contact with Merlin the entire process was extremely smooth. In March of 2017, we had our existing roof replaced. We were exceedingly pleased with the professional demeanor of our salesman. We were also impressed with his knowledge of the latest materials used today. We live in the Cleveland area and because of the inclement weather in March, we had no idea when our roof would be installed. Fortunately for us, the company’s agent kept in touch and was able to give us ample notice of when they would be able to install the roof. They provided us with an estimate that gave us quality materials and expert workmanship at a price in which we were delighted. They used equipment to catch debris which greatly minimized the risk of damage to the landscape below. It also eased our concerns of nails ending up in the neighbor’s lawn and driveway. The job was completed in one day and the entire area was left in the same clean condition in which they found it. Not only our lawn but the neighbor’s lawn and driveway were scanned for nails and debris.

Amish Quality Exterior did my roof the Summer of 2018 - They team came in early, they removed the existing roof off of my 5 bedroom,13 room house with attached 2 car garage - replaced the roof, cleaned up the yard and were out within 4 hours. During the Tornado of 2019 not a shingle came off!

In August of 2017, we had a new roof put on our home by Amish Quality Exteriors. They were ahead of their first scheduled date they gave us. We had some concerns about the type of roofing paper that was delivered. It was not what we had wanted, but that was immediately taken care of with a better product! It took about 3-1/2 hours to complete, this also included cleanup. Merlin is a nice person to work with, we highly recommend him and his crew to anyone. Merlin and his crew did a phenomenal job of installing a new metal roof on our county home. His crew was great, doing the tear off of  33 square of asphalt shingles & clean up in less than 6 hours! They were diligent about scheduling around the rainy weather. A job well done! We are very happy!
